Mark Wilson BSc MRICS
Managing Director

Mark is a Chartered Valuation Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer whose background is in residential valuation, residential estate agency, property letting and management. He has been developing myleasehold ltd since the introduction of the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993 as amended; as the relaxation in the qualifying conditions simplified the process and thus increased the demand for professional valuation services.

He has always followed Leasehold reform practice and law and was a founder member of ALEP, the Association for Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners. Mark promotes higher professional standards in the complex field of Leasehold Reform. He maintains an active interest in the residential sector in general and currently holds a seat on the RICS Lettings Management Group.

Ghulam Yasin BSc MRICS
Chartered Surveyor

Starting his career in Leasehold Reform Act work with Cluttons LLP in 2005, Ghulam developed a keen interest in the complex world of the Act. He went on to work for Gerald Eve, excelling his knowledge and expertise in the area. He finds his work stimulating and enjoys the intricate issues Leasehold Reform Act practitioners have to grapple with. He has worked for some of the most prestigious clients in and around the London area including the Wellcome Trust Estate, the Cadogan Estate, Grosvenor Trust Estates and Howard de Walden Estate.Ghulam joined myleasehold ltd in July 2011 and is delighted to be a part of the team. He is keen on helping the disabled and less fortunate, having worked for several different charities, and is currently a trustee of a charity.

Chris Glew
Head of Sales and Marketing

Chris joined myleasehold in January 2014. He has a varied background which most recently included journalism and politics in Eastern Europe. He is greatly involved with company marketing, copywriting and online networking, and deals with business development.

Sarah Strain
Administrator

Sarah joined myleasehold in February 2011. She has a background in customer relations and administration and an interest in real estate. As your first point of contact on the phone, Sarah is a friendly, professional member of the team who is always happy to assist.

Bradley Cohen

Bradley joined myleasehold in October 2013. He graduated in Business, Public Policy and Management from Aston University. Bradley works closely with our two Chartered Surveyors assisting with property valuations, data analysis and research.

Ivan Taylor BSc FRICS
Consultant Chartered Surveyor

Ivan is a Chartered Surveyor and a Consultant to myleasehold with some 25 years experience. He was formerly a partner in a firm of Chartered Surveyors who specialised in Valuation and Management issues. Ivan regularly makes written and oral submissions before the Leasehold Valuation Tribunals, Rent Assessment Committees and Courts of Law.

Ivan was formerly a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Residential Faculty Board and was also appointed to advise on the committee that produced the new Residential Service Charge Code.

Ivan is currently also a Valuer Chairman of the Midland Rent Assessment Panel – (appointed 1995).
